Cath Lab Tech Location: Salisbury, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,706 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: 2 Years Minimum Experience License: NC or Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS Must-Have: - IR Experience (90% is IR) - Skills: Scrub, Circulate, Telemetry Description: RTO after booking is not allowed. Call-offs or additional RTO may result in cancellation. Techs start directly on the unit on Mondays until completing training. Expect urgent and emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures. Callback time is 30 minutes for STEMIs. Callback time for IR is based on procedure type. Call team consists of three staff members, including one RN. Coverage may be required based on departmental needs. No float requirement. Every third weekend coverage is required. Patient population includes adults and geriatrics. The unit performs vice implants such as PPM and ICD. The facility is a combination lab with approximately 90% IR and 10% other procedures. Technicians assist providers during diagnostic and interventional procedures. The role requires scrubbing and circulating IR/Cath Lab and cardiology procedures. Medication administration is performed by RN only. Special equipment includes various lab systems and devices for cardiovascular procedures. Travelers cannot work more than five consecutive days or over 60 hours in a week. Candidates must be comfortable floating based on job requirements without restrictions or special requests. Travel pairs are accepted but should work in different units. References from supervisors within the past 12 months are preferred at the time of submission.
