Cath Lab Tech Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,917 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Cardiac Cath Tech Profession: Allied Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience License: BLS, ACLS Certifications: ARRT-R or RCIS Must-Have: - Cardiac and vascular experience, including endograft experience - Charting in EMR, pre/post documentation, management of pressors Description: The Cardiac Cath Tech plays a crucial role in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. This role involves assisting in cardiac and vascular procedures. Common cardiac cases include NON-STEMI, STEMI, TAVR, Watchman, and Mitral Clip. Vascular cases predominantly involve lower extremity angiograms and EVAR and TEVAR procedures. The patient care ratio for this role is 1:1. The Cardiac Cath Tech will support traffic flow coordination, scheduling, and staffing. Collaboration with teams such as the ECMO team and VAD team is essential. Utilizing advanced technologies, including EMR and various imaging systems, is required. The Cardiac Cath Tech will also be involved in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays.
