Reporting to: Operations Control Manager
Location: Calgary, Palmer Hangar
Schedule: Four days on shift followed by four days off, based on a 12-hour workday, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Starting salary: $50,000
Term: Parental leave coverage for approximately one year
The big picture:
The Travel Coordinator is an active part of AirSprint's day-to-day operations, working closely with the Operations Control team to keep flights moving smoothly by ensuring pilots are where they need to be, when they need to be there. This internal, logistics-driven role manages pilot travel arrangements such as hotels, commercial flights, and ground transportation, while adjusting plans quickly as schedules and operational needs change.
