Job Description – Travel Desk Executive
Role Summary:
The Travel Desk Executive will support day-to-day corporate travel operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective travel arrangements for employees while maintaining compliance with company travel policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in booking flights, hotels, cabs, and other travel arrangements
Coordinate with employees for travel details and approvals
Handle travel modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling
Support visa documentation and travel insurance coordination (if applicable)
Maintain travel records, invoices, and MIS reports
Coordinate with travel vendors and service providers
Ensure adherence to company travel policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (preferred: Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Management)
1–3 years of experience in travel desk / admin / coordination role
Basic understanding of corporate travel processes
