Echo Tech Location: Charleston, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,548 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Pediatric Echo Tech Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Echo Tech Cardiac Sonographer Pediatrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience required. License: Pending State License accepted. Certifications: Registered Pediatric Sonographer (ARDMS) with the PE certification or CCI with the RCCS certification required. Must-Have: Proficiency in complex congenital heart defects. Description: The Pediatric Echo Tech performs echocardiograms on pediatric patients. Daily caseload is approximately 4-10 patients per tech. Shifts are Monday through Friday with start times ranging from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. No holiday work is required. No weekend or on-call work is necessary. The position requires floating between multiple locations. First-time travelers are welcome, but a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates must be proficient in scanning pediatric echocardiograms. Extensive knowledge of complex heart disease and defects is highly recommended. A BLS certification is required. Experience with GE equipment and PACS systems is preferred. All required certifications must be obtained by the start date.
