Job Description:
- End‑to‑end ownership of T&E processes and SLAs
- Stakeholder management, audits, and risk controls
- Drive automation, policy optimization, and cost-saving initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Travel & Expense Processing
- Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
- Validate receipts, GST/VAT, cost centers, and approval workflows
- Process reimbursements through payroll or AP systems within SLA timelines
Travel Operations
- Support travel bookings (air, hotel, car rentals) through approved travel management systems
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and preferred vendors
- Resolve travel-related issues and escalations with employees and travel partners
