Role Objective To manage end-to-end corporate travel and bookings as the primary responsibility, while also overseeing general office administration and facilities management to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and compliant operations across offices.
Key Responsibilities A. Travel & Bookings Management Act as the single point of contact for all corporate travel requirements Manage end-to-end flight, hotel, cab, and local transport bookings for employees and leadership Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, rebookings, and emergency travel support Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and cab vendors for bookings and service delivery Ensure adherence to company travel policies , cost limits, and approval processes Maintain accurate travel MIS, booking trackers, and cost reports Coordinate with Finance for travel b...
