The role oversees international travel processing, policy governance, vendor management, global reporting, and system implementation, ensuring seamless travel experiences, cost optimization, and adherence to organizational compliance standards.

• Spearhead end‑to‑end business travel operations for India and APAC, including visa coordination, ticketing, hotel, insurance, and cab arrangements.
• Drive global rollout of the Travel Management System, including BRD preparation, compliance alignment, and global user training.
• Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to new team members on travel policies and TMS functionality.
