• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.


• Minimum 1–2 years of Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.


• Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills.


• BLS certification required.


• Ability to manage multiple residents and priorities effectively.


• Preferred Qualifications


• Experience with geriatric and chronic care populations.


• Knowledge of MDS documentation and care planning processes.

• Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition.


• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered.


• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.


• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.


• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs as appropriate.


• Document nursing care accurately and in a timely manner.


• Educate residents and families on care plans and health management.


• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
