Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification is mandatory. Recommended skills include experience with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), advanced pulmonary support, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Strong communication, adaptability, and family-centered care skills are valued.
