At least 1 year of recent Progressive Care Unit experience is required, along with Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications. You should be skilled in cardiac monitoring, managing complex patient conditions, and using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills are recommended.
