Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,161 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Allied Specialty: Respiratory Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12hr Night Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Respiratory Therapy (Resource Team) License: RRT or CRT Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP Must-Have: - 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience in a Resource Team setting. - Experience with IPPV/NIPPV ventilators. - Exposure to ED, PICU, Peds CVICU, Peds PCU, and General Medical Floors. Description: The position requires a skilled Respiratory Therapist. The therapist will provide respiratory care for all patients throughout the facility. Patient types include neonates, pediatrics, and adults as needed. The role does not involve floating to other facilities due to the specialty of care required. Each therapist must maintain a weekend rotation, working every other weekend. Holiday expectations include working 75% of the holidays. Travelers may request up to 6 days off, excluding holidays. The shift times are either 0645-1915 or 1845-0715. The scheduling cycle is every 6 weeks. Scrub color for this position is royal blue. Free parking is available for all employees.
