Travel Sales - Urgent Hiring (Tele calling or Customer Support experience Required)

Job description:

• Experience: MUST HAVE tele calling experience, minimum 6 months

• Salary + Incentives offered, making it a highly sought-after career.

• English communication is required because we cater to international market.

• It’s a Night shift and in-the-office only job, no remote work allowed.

• This is a travel sales role, with a focus on international travel audience, specifically US and Canada customers.

• You will be given training to specialize in the US and Canada international process.

• The job will require you to do sales and manage travel bookings, primarily focusing on travel routes from the US and Canada to India.

• This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent customer service skills

• You will be taught and provided an understanding of international travel logistics.

• Must have strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed.

• The training will include learning the software Amadeus.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month + Incentives on Sale (as per the slab)
