Job Description
The Travel, Expense, Support Trainee will assist in the implementation and administration of a new corporate travel and expense management tool, while also managing the current tool during the transition. This role involves providing technical support, user training, coordination with IT teams, and communication with vendors and other key departments. The specialist must ensure operational efficiency, compliance with internal policies, and global user satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
1. Current and New Travel & Expense Management Tool
Coordinate testing, adjustments, and quality assurance during implementation.
Collaborate in the development of user manuals and procedural guides.
