Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technician program
  • Certifications Requirements: ARRT certification, CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of radiology tech experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Other Requirements: Valid State Radiologic Technologist license, proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), ability to work flexible shifts, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate radiologic imaging procedures according to physician orders and safety standards.
  • Operate radiology equipment, including X-ray machines, ensuring optimal image quality.
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
  • Document and update patient records accurately in the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure proper patient care and effective workflow.
