Traveling Project Manager – Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: $150,000 – $175,000

Overview:

Ultimate LLC is partnering with a company looking to add a Traveling Project Manager to its team. This individual will manage end to end construction projects across 17 locations nationwide. The majority of the work will involve asphalt infrastructure, new expansions and managing current sites to coordinate quality control repairs and updates. 

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to job sites
  • Coordinate with contractors/vendors
  • Oversee all aspects of new projects and asphalt repairs
  • Organize scope of work reports
  • Proficiency in trouble shooting
  • Track budgets and progress
  • Conduct quality site inspections

    • Requirements:

  • Problem Solving
  • Ability to work independently
  • 8+ years experience
  • Ability to travel 50%
