Traveling Superintendent – Industrial Projects


Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)

Are you a hands-on superintendent with a strong industrial background and a willingness to travel? We’re seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead large-scale industrial construction projects across the country. This role is perfect for a proven construction leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving in the field, and is ready to travel to multiple job sites.

What You’ll Do




  • Oversee day-to-day operations on industrial construction projects


  • Lead project teams including subcontractors, foremen, and field staff


  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget


  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and engineers


  • Enforce quality control standards and maintain construction documentation


  • Manage manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently


  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving


What We’re Looking For




  • 5+ years of industrial construction superintendent experience


  • Strong leadership and communication skills


  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project phases


  • Comfortable working in heavy industrial environments (plants, manufacturing, warehouses, etc.)


  • Ability to travel frequently (often 75%+ travel)


  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance


  • Experience with schedule management and cost control
