  • Lead all day‑to‑day field operations from mobilization through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, jobsite logistics, and project sequencing
  • Uphold company safety standards and maintain a compliant, orderly jobsite
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain schedule, budget, and quality expectations
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients, architects, and vendors
  • Complete daily reports and maintain required jobsite documentation
  • Travel regularly based on project assignment (regional or multi‑state)
