Job Description

Looking for a dedicated volunteer who has experience on a board and fundraising to aid in the mission to provide client centred life skills programming in southern Alberta.

  • Maintains accurate and complete financial records
  • Supervises spending monies including primary signing authority
  • Assists auditor in preparation of financial statements
  • Renders monthly financial statements to the board of directors
  • Presents the financial reports of the Society to the board of directors and the annual meeting
  • Files the annual return, changes in the directors of the organization, amendments in thebylaws and other incorporating documents with the Corporate Registry
  • Holds the position of Chair of the Finance and Fundraising Committees
  • Carries out other duties assigned by board
