About the Role

We're seeking a meticulous Treasury Associate to manage our check processing operations and daily collection reporting. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate monitoring, safekeeping, and timely deposit of all incoming payments while maintaining the integrity of our financial records.

What You'll Do

Daily Treasury Operations

  • Download and process daily deposits from bank platforms

  • Prepare accurate Daily Collection Reports (DCR) with complete payment details

  • Monitor and manage warehousing of postdated checks (PDCs) from various sources

  • Ensure timely deposit of all checks on or before maturity dates

Receipts & Check Management

  • Accept and process various check types (dated, postdated, and manager's checks)

  • Validate checks against SAP records and verify authenticity
