Essential Duties and responsibilities


  • Credit and Deductions Management: Assist the Sr. Deductions Coordinator and Manager of Credit and Deductions in managing customer deductions and credit processes.
    Analyze and reconcile customer accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
    Support the preparation and processing of credit memos and adjustments.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to credit and deductions.
    Prepare reports and presentations on credit and deductions metrics.
    Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis.

  • Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to credit and deductions management.
    Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for treasury processes.
