Treasury Executive

Assist to obtain financing to meet the Group’s funding requirements, including but not limited to preparation of term sheets, financing proposal decks, as well as projected cashflows.

Ensure loan compliance checklists are updated and properly adhered to, including monitoring and managing bank covenant compliance and annual credit reviews by banks.

Maintain and keep track of loan schedules and process loan interest/repayment/drawdown.

Works closely and maintain good relationships with financiers, lawyers, valuers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Undertake any other ad-hoc projects relevant to the role.

Job Requirement

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or a related field.

Strong analytical skill with attention to detail.

Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
