Educational Qualifications: MBA (Finance) preferred, CA / CA Inter / CFA qualification preferred

Experience: 8–10 years of experience in project finance and borrowing management. Mandatory exposure to real estate project financing. Strong experience in debt structuring, lender negotiations, and financial modeling. Familiarity with RERA regulations and statutory compliance requirements.

Salary: 10 LPA to 12 LPA
