Overview

The Supervisor, Treasury will lead a team of treasury agents. This department's primary function is to control daily banking operations, processing methods used for disbursements from corporate bank accounts. This position supervises all day-to-day treasury team functions, as well as overtime will have opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement projects and take part in other cross-functional collaborations and global banking initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and monitors a team of treasury agents, coaches and mentors’ staff as needed, train staff as needed.
  • Establishes treasury agent’s tasks and responsibilities and assigns to the individual treasury teammates accordingly to their roles.
  • Coordinates and distributes workload among treasury staff, ensuring a balanced workload and assuring timely accomplishment of their work.
