Role Summary:
The Treasury / Capital Markets Trading Support Analyst provides 1st and 2nd line support for a live trading environment supporting Treasury and Capital Markets product lines. The role partners closely with trading, operations, technology, and external/internal vendors to ensure platform stability, accurate instrument pricing, and timely resolution of production issues across key front-office trading systems.

The Treasury / Capital Markets Trading Support Analyst provides 1st and 2nd line support for a live trading environment supporting Treasury and Capital Markets product lines. The role partners closely with trading, operations, technology, and external/internal vendors to ensure platform stability, accurate instrument pricing, and timely resolution of production issues across key front-office trading systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Level 1 & Level 2 trade floor support for Treasury and Capital Markets trading activities, ensuring availability and responsiveness in a high-pressure environment.
- Support trading products including Commercial Paper, Bonds, Loans & Deposits, and Swaps, maintaining continuity of front-office operations.
- Provide functional and technical support for Treasury trading applications including Kondor+ (Kondor+ USA or similar), Orchestrade, internal banking applications, and Control-M (or equivalent scheduling tool)....
