The Reportable Conduct Scheme (the Scheme) seeks to improve how organisations identify and respond to allegations of child abuse and misconduct. Working as part of a new Child Safety Intake team, the Triage Coordinator has a key role in the management of notifications and investigation findings made by organisations under the Scheme. This includes applying an analytical focus to recommending whether notifications come within scope of the Scheme, validating critical information, identifying risks, responding to enquiries via phone and email about the Scheme, providing advice and guidance to organisations and preparing referrals to Victoria Police and other regulators. The Triage Coordinator will also respond to a range of enquiries about the Scheme by phone and email.
