Trial & Standardization Specialist

Support to projects to carry out concept development, trial/ piloting and roll-out of initiatives as per the specific roles defined in project structure and roles.

Collaborate with all stakeholders for full support during the project.

Prepare high standard of protocol for each approved initiative.

Monitoring, evaluating and continuous improvement to improve project results.

Report the test results in the form of a summary and detailed report Concept Lead/ Project Lead.

Contribute in conveying inputs and information during the project for better results.

Perform analysis and comparison of test results against company policies both operationally and financially.

Conduct project socialization so that project goals and objectives are well deliverable.

Provide assistance (visits, data support, discussions) at the project location.
