Tribunal Case Review Advisor

Overview

ICBC has an exciting opportunity for two experienced Tribunal Case Review Advisors to join the Corporate Law department.

Reporting to the Manager, Tribunal Case Review, the successful candidate will manage a caseload of Enhanced Accident Benefit Civil Resolution (CRT) disputes involving complex and sensitive material of a medical and legal nature. The candidates will handle disputes through all states of investigation, evaluation, facilitation, adjudication and judicial review.

This role requires a customer focus, continuous improvement mindset, technical ECC knowledge and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with peers and work positively in a team environment.
