**Trilingual Customer Service Associate - Portuguese/English/Spanish speaker**
In this position, you will focus on resolving complex requests submitted by hotels and internal teams, while also supporting the onboarding process of new hotel partners and maintaining accurate property descriptions. Dedicated and conscientious when dealing with partners and travelers, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the best possible resolution.

- Respond to inquiries or requests regarding content, promotions, room type configuration and inventory management, among others, including making outbound calls to partners to resolve current and future issues
- Assist partners onboarding their property on the platform. Ensure that the product is complete and accurate, including room types, rate plans, availability & inventory
