About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Multilingual Assistant based in the Valencia region to support our communication with our local warehouse and our customers in Spain and Portugal.
Since our local partners primarily speak their native languages, we need a bridge to ensure smooth communication in both written and spoken form between German, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities
Translation: Translating emails and messages between German Spanish or Portuguese.
Interpreting: Conducting phone calls and virtual meetings as an interpreter between our team and the warehouse, freight forwarders, or customers.
On-site Support: Attending occasional meetings or coordination tasks directly at our warehouse located near Valencia for critical topics.
Organization: Assisting with general communication flow and organizational tasks.
Availability: This is an on-call position. Work is assigned based on current demand.
