Trim Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Trim Technician is responsible for the trimming of dried cannabis flower while complying with all state/local laws and company policy.


• Under the direction of the Post Production Manager, the Trim Technician prepares the cannabis flower for packaging while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality control, and professionalism.

This role is responsible for evaluating and identifying any irregularities/contaminants with the material in accordance with company policy and state regulations.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares the trimming station at the beginning of each shift for the processing of cannabis.


• Processes dried cannabis flower by carefully trimming away sugar leaves and fan leaves.
• Returns all trimmed cannabis, trim, waste, and sift upon completion of each allocation to the Trim Lead to record metrics.
