Trims Assistant

*Bilingual (English-Spanish) Required
**Position Summary**
The Trims Assistant will be responsible for the timely delivery of all trims and packaging materials within their scope of responsibility, to ensure customer-specific requirements, per vendor guidelines, are properly sourced and facilitated to the print contractors.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordination with cross-functional teams (i.e., Account Management, Production, Printers, and Trims Teams) to ensure all trim and packing components required by the contractor are delivered on time to meet production deadlines
- Responsible for managing the Trims Work in Progress (WIP) report to ensure timely communication regarding trim status and work in progress orders
- Responsible for sourcing trim for new production orders and reworks and confirming execution and delivery by the requested dates
