POSITION AND MISSIONS

You join as a Leading Expert, the Transversal Projects team of the IT department Global Market & Risks. This team has the mandate:
- to facilitate the management of studies and cross-functional projects,
- to coordinate and manage cross-functional business projects involving several IT teams GMR
- to support the implementation of the program 'Scale UP / Strategic plan of the IT department' within the IT GMR teams by facilitating the structuring of projects, piloting their progress and carrying out the change management actions necessary for the proper integration of the new development and release practices and working methods within the entire department.

On a daily basis, your mission is:

  • To accompany and train the teams of the IT Global Market chain and Market Risks. In this context, you will mentor the development teams in adopting DevOps principles (for example, "build once / run everywhere") and participate in the creation of training materials, awareness and change management
    • Assist software engineers in the resolution of vulnerabilities to improve application security
  • Organize demonstrations of exploiting security vulnerabilities and challenges to strengthen security awareness within teams
  • Contribute to the implementation of standard tools for continuous integration (CI/CD) et la sécurité
  • Use metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the benefits of the coaching framework and adapt awareness strategies based on needs
  • Accompany managers and lead Tech in steering the transformation of practices by helping them, in particular, to define their roadmaps
  • To ensure regular reporting on the progress of the deployment of practices in each team

    The position is based in Paris and head us it’s 10 days of remote work per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, the gym or corporate concierge.
