OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver Position - Illinois-Based Carrier
We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for an OTR reefer position with consistent freight and driver-friendly policies.
Pay is mileage-based (zip code to zip code):
- $0.63 CPM on drop & hook loads.
- $0.65 CPM in the reefer division.
Drivers are paid every Friday via direct deposit, with bonuses for clean DOT inspections and quarterly safety performance bonuses available.
The company is based in Illinois and offers a non-forced dispatch, along with a rider and pet-friendly policy.
Freight runs primarily east of I-35, covering the Midwest, South, Southeast, and Northeast. Please note, New York City is not included in our operating area.
