Group NB is looking for TRUCK DRIVERS!



Employment Status upon Deployment:

• Probationary



Compensation:

• Basic Pay: Daily Rate (Above Minimum for Laguna & Cavite locations)

• Other Pay:

– Allowance (for 12–24 hrs trips only)

– Mano Pay

– Backload Pay



Assigned Routes:

• Cavite

• Laguna



Benefits:

• Health card

• Leave credits

Benefits to be discussed upon regularization



Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday

• No fixed schedule

• With 1 rest day per week

• Straight duty may apply depending on assigned trip



Additional Provisions:

• With barracks

• With uniform
