We are looking for a hands-on Trucking Operations Specialist to support a defined customer base and ensure best-in-class service execution during critical operational hours. This is a customer-facing, operations-heavy role requiring strong judgment, autonomy, and real-world trucking experience.

This position goes beyond traditional customer service — it plays a key role in load execution, operational problem-solving, and service recovery , especially during low-coverage hours.
