The role is located in Madrid or Sevilla , reporting to the Head of Asset Management Europe .
Key Responsibilities- Manage the deployment of TrueCapture® across Europe, acting as both Project and Contract Manager; lead projects from initiation to commissioning for utility‑scale solar power plants.
- Oversee the management of the TrueCapture application period under contract terms, including panel configuration compliance with Nextpower specifications.
- Implement/support performance evaluations and maintain control of annual payments throughout the period.
- Conduct site visits as necessary.
- Control and manage material shipments, seeking optimal logistics alternatives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Accounting and Finance to fulfill contractual and technical requirements.
- Provide pre‑sales support: review drone flight service quotes, logistics, and materials quotes.
- Coordinate with customers to conduct drone flights at solar plants, complying with regional drone regulations.
- Work with Engineering teams to troubleshoot TrueCapture behavior by analyzing flight data and deploying adjusted parameters.
- Manage the technical energy generation guarantee program (measurement & verification), applying charges based on proven benefits; develop and implement automated controls.
- Present and manage forecast and revenue for a 12‑month horizon, maintaining data and billing within the company’s ERP system; manage contracts (schedule, scope, budget, financials, revenue recognition).
- Coordinate internal resources across countries and third‑party suppliers for flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Support the development of service providers for drones, sensor installation, and related materials; track service quality, cost and response time; maintain at least two active suppliers per region.
- Implement Business System Intelligence concepts to improve KPIs.
- Maintain inventory levels in Europe according to forecasts, ensuring alignment with business units and global procurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Systems Analysis, Mathematics or related fields.
- Project Management or Data Science experience preferred.
- Strong problem analysis, decision‑making and solution design skills; expertise in Business System Intelligence automation, RPA, data science, performance control tools.
- Experience with Compliance and ERP tools.
- Proven leadership and people‑management skills; client portfolio management; financial planning and control; Product Lifecycle Management (PLM); Technology & Capacity Roadmap Management; project‑management techniques (PMBOK and/or Agile).
- Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, tax applications, foreign trade (export/import/shipping/legislation/international logistics), cyber security & VPN, ticketing platforms, spare‑parts, document management; working in energized areas.
- Familiarity with quality tools and comfortable working outdoors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Visio, MS Project, and MS Power BI.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of PVSyst or similar software and advanced performance analysis.
- Safety certifications relevant to visits/activities in energized environments.
- Other European languages.
