The Role

• Fractional / Contract Trust Accountant – SDA / Community Housing (WA)
• We are seeking an experienced Trust Accountant to support a values-led Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and community housing organisation operating in Western Australia.
• This is a fractional / contract role ( 2-3 days per week), well suited to an experience trust accountant or booker who enjoys working in purpose-driven environments and supporting good outcomes for marginalised people.

Scope of the role

• Oversight of property trust accounts within an SDA / community housing context
• Monthly trust reconciliations and exception management
