A leading international trust and fiduciary services firm is seeking an organised and motivated professional to support its client administration team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining client records, statutory documents, and meeting minutes.

  • Support the opening and closing of bank accounts and review incoming client funds.

  • Liaise with bankers on remittances, deposits, and investment transactions under supervision.

  • Prepare correspondence, investment review minutes, and basic resolutions.

  • Update internal systems accurately and ensure adherence to timekeeping and service standards.

  • Develop familiarity with company policies and contribute to efficient client service delivery.
