The Cloud People, is a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner that is growing rapidly in Europe, US and Brazil. For our office in Norway (Oslo or Stavanger) we are looking for a Trusted Advisor to join our team.
Advise companies on their path to digital transformation with ServiceNow
Propose and advise customers on the roadmap of their ServiceNow platform
Is able to help the customer select the best solutions, modules and approach
Is the customer contact person whenever established business processes need to be changed or automated
Support the customer in the formulation of requirements and convert them into high level and low level specifications.
Support the development team in the implementation of requirements and act as a moderator between all parties involved throughout the entire development process.
