This position focuses on performing full-vehicle transient thermal CAE analyses to support Ford's vehicle development programs, with emphasis on front-end cooling, under-hood and body component thermal robustness, and cabin comfort.

• Lead and execute comprehensive vehicle transient thermal CAE modeling from data collection to post-processing, including CAD data acquisition, model cleanup, meshing, boundary condition setup, and result interpretation.
• Conduct and support advanced Frontend CAE analyses (e.g., 3D airflow, heat exchanger and fan sizing), optimize front-end openings and grille designs to meet airflow and performance targets across vehicle development stages.
