The opportunity
We’re looking for a Tax Staff with expertise in ServiceNow developer to join the TTT team in Tax SL. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a pioneer firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.
Key Functions:
Module with ITSM, Custom application, integration, Service Portal, CSM are the recommended.Work as part of an agile team developing, designing, and implementing new application modules, workflows, and catalog requestsBuild custom applications in ServiceNow by defining custom data tables, user interface and adding business logicStrong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, Contract management, Resource management, ITFM CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, Custom Development, etc.Integration with 3rd party application, working experience in scripted REST API, SOAP etc.Must have worked on ServiceNow version upgrade.Experience in developing the Application functionalities using HTML, CSS and Angular JS.Experience in designing and development of UI using ServiceNow.Experience in ServiceNow Widgets, Client-side scripting, Server-side scripting and ITSM modulesCustomize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and configure workflowCollaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requestsEnsure the latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operationsEnsure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducibleEnsure tool configuration consistency across development, stage, testing, sandbox, and production environmentsParticipate in ongoing production support and end user supportVery Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Suggested technical certification
ServiceNow admin certificationMicro Certifications in ServiceNow concepts are advantageousHands on day-to-day management of multiple ServiceNow instances, including managing major releases and patches, managing the SDLC release processes and implementing code into the platform to solve ever-changing needs.Minimum 1-3 years of coding, testing and implementing ServiceNow as a technical resource.Proficient using REST Web Service APIsStrong working knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and enterprise applicationExperience developing workflows, Business Rules, ACLS, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Date Policies, UI Actions, and table extension in ServiceNow.
