About The Role
Our Transition to Work Program assists young people to gain sustainable employment by actively engaging and providing direct employment coaching. The TTW Employment Coach will focus on the abilities and aspirations of young people to maximise a sense of job choice and control over their employment pathway.
In addition to this, you will engage with local employers to source job opportunities and placements.
About You
- You are passionate about supporting and empowering young people to achieve meaningful employment outcomes
- You have experience in youth engagement, career planning, or employment services
