Job Description:

  • To carry out daily muck reconciliation,
  • To work in compressed air during the cutterhead intervention to carry out face mapping, confirm the stability and ground condition prior to cutterhead intervention,
  • To carry out daily muck inspection, logging, testing, report and checklist preparation.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as tunnel geologist with knowledge on face mapping and muck reconciliation.
  • Must be medically fit for compressed air work and to enter the pressurised Tunnel Boring Machine cutterhead chamber to map out the tunnel face.
