  • Interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications to plan methods or sequences of operation
  • Operate heavy equipment
  • Read blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Measure distance, volume, length and weight
  • Understand the purpose, proper use and information found on material safety data sheets (MSDS)
  • Complete onboard and other logs
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
