Turf Technician Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Turf Technician, you will provide fertilization and weed control for customers' lawns and properties. You are the front-line team member delivering exceptional lawn care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply fertilization and weed control treatments.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying 35-80 pounds.
  • Prepare equipment and supplies for the next day.

    • Requirements:

  • At least six months of experience in lawn care, fertilizing, or weed control.
  • Willingness to complete required training and certifications within six months.
  • Clean driving record and experience driving with a trailer.
  • Must obtain a Class E Chauffeur's License upon job offer.
