About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email, or live chat, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in Turkish (and English when required) via phone, email, or chat

Assist with product information, orders, billing, technical support, or troubleshooting

Maintain high customer satisfaction and provide accurate information in a timely manner

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments

Record customer interactions and follow communication procedures

Follow company policies and quality standards

Requirements:

Fluency in Turkish -native (written and spoken)

Good level of English (B2 or above)
