Turnaround Planner

The Lead Planner is responsible for developing, integrating, and controlling the turnaround project. This role provides planning leadership across all phases of the turnaround lifecycle—from early scope development through execution and closeout—ensuring engagement from stakeholders and extensive communication. This position is well-suited for candidates with a strong project management background who excel at coordinating multidisciplinary teams and driving execution readiness in high-risk, time-critical environments. Prior refinery or industrial experience is beneficial but not required.
