The Safety Coach will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture, identifying and mitigating hazards, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and site-specific safety requirements. This role requires a hands-on presence in an industrial environment and strong communication skills to effectively engage with crews and leadership.
