A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Proposal Manager. In this full-time role, you will lead tender submissions, manage a team, and collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is essential. Bilingual candidates, especially those who can communicate in Chinese, will have an advantage. This position is based in Bukit Batok Crescent.
